The design proposal is the most important paperwork you will conduct on the project. This document sets the tone for the way you work and protects both you and your client for the duration of the poject. It it the fall back- it answers any questions about your work and clarifies how your working relationship will operate. It is also an introduction to you and your team. In this document template, you will receive a beautifully designed template (editable on Canva) which includes a cover letter/intro and a design agreement written by a contract lawyer. This is an editable template that can be modified with your logo, brand info, design details and legal matters.

The first phase of any project, even before you accept a new client and project, is to understand the project and get to know your client. A client questionnaire is the perfect way to start a positive communicative relationship with any prospective client. I have shared my client questionnaire template for your usage and implementation. Starting any project with a good foundation will create a positive experience for you and your clients.
The client questionnaire is a 3 page questionnaire that includes questions such as basic details, scope of work and budget. It gives you the opportunity to get a feeling for your clients needs and whether it is a project that is aligned for you. It also gives your client a chance to think about their needs for their project, including details they may not have considered.
